Goldiaq ships worldwide. Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (Hong Kong) Shipping:

International Returns/Exchanges Policy (Outside of Hong Kong)
At Goldiaq we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges for international orders. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Goldiaq.

Returns:
- To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at ga@goldiaq.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation number (RMA).
- All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid on your order are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at ga@goldiaq.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorisation number (EMA).
- All exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item back and confirm that it meets our exchange policy requirements.
- Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid on your order are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning or exchanging items to ensure delivery to us. ga@goldiaq.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)
For returns and/or exchanges, please fill out a RPA Request Form to get a RPA# (Return Product Authorisation Number). Please ensure that the RPA# is printed on the outside of your return package as shipments without an authorised RPA# will be considered ineligible for a refund or exchange.
